Vela! That is Selune for hello
A language of our own, learned together.
Lunsa is a family app for learning Selune, a constructed language. It pairs a full lesson path with spoken audio for every word and phrase, then turns the words you learn into a card game the whole family plays.
Android APK, version 1.12. Lunsa is a private family app: joining the family inside the app takes an invite code.
The lesson path
A real learning path, start to finish.
Selune is taught step by step, the way a language course should work. You start with greetings and everyday words and build up to full conversations. Every lesson mixes listening and reading practice, and short reviews bring old words back before you forget them.
200 lessons, 40 units
A path that starts at your first word and keeps going, unit by unit, to real conversation.
2,100 words, all spoken
The whole dictionary lives in the app, and every word and phrase has spoken audio in three voices.
A translator in your pocket
Look words up in either direction when you need one in the middle of a conversation.
The family side
Built for the whole family.
Everyone gets their own profile and learns at their own pace. A leaderboard keeps a friendly rivalry going, and the family room is the household hangout: messages, cheers when someone finishes a lesson, and the drawings the kids want everyone to see.
Profiles for everyone
Each person has a profile and a picture, and progress is saved per person, right where they left off.
Leaderboard and streaks
See who has been learning this week, and keep your own streak alive.
The family room
One shared room for the family: chat, cheers, drawings, and a shared album.
The card game
Munan Strilan, the card game.
Learning earns its own reward. Built into Lunsa is a full card game, Munan Strilan. Open packs, collect all 600 cards, and build a deck of exactly 40.
Boss battles
Take on 20 themed boss decks, each built around its own idea.
The weekly family boss
Once a week, one big boss arrives with 2,000 health that the whole family chips away at together. Beat it, and the prize is split between everyone.
Duels and trading, nearby
When family is close by, you can duel each other and trade cards in person.
The words
Try a few words of Selune.
Selune is spelled the way it sounds. What you see is what you say.
Private by design.
Lunsa is not in any app store, and there is no public sign up. It was made by one family for itself, and joining takes an invite code from a family member. No ads. No analytics. No strangers. Just a family and its language.
